The main object of Autopartdeal.com is the sale of automotive products or services. The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of goods and services offered by Autopartdeal.com to the customer. They are written in English and are applicable to any purchase made on the Autopartdeal.com site. By validating his order, the customer acknowledges unreservedly accepting all of the provisions set out below. Autopartdeal.com reciprocally undertakes to comply with the obligations incumbent on it under these terms.
Product Description and Information
Autopartdeal.com is bound by an obligation of means concerning the information made available to customers. Autopartdeal.com takes all the necessary steps to ensure the reliability of the information presented on its site which is communicated to it by its suppliers. Despite daily monitoring and updating, it cannot be held liable for technical inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions that the content of the site may contain, or for the results that may be obtained by the use of this information. The customer acknowledges that the photographs, information and visuals of the products presented on the site are not contractual. The product covered by the sales contract is determined by the product reference chosen by the customer. Under no circumstances will Autopartdeal.com be held responsible for any fact related to the image of the product concerned. The products sold by Autopartdeal.com can only be fitted to vehicles or systems recommended by the manufacturer or the equipment manufacturer, by a competent person and under his sole responsibility. The search by VIN number or by make, model and type is indicative; the same vehicle model can receive several types of assembly kept confidential by the manufacturers. Therefore, the use of these research tools does not exempt the customer from the need to verify that the selected product is equivalent to that installed in his vehicle by means of a visual check prior to assembly in particular. If a customer notices any display or referencing problem, he can report it to Autopartdeal.com
By validating his order, the customer acknowledges having received the advice and information necessary to ensure the adequacy of the offer to his needs, that all the information provided is accurate and certifies having full legal capacity. After validation of the order, a confirmation e-mail recalling the elements of the transaction is sent to the customer and constitutes proof of the order. The order becomes firm and final after full payment from the customer. These general conditions of sale and the order confirmation constitute the contract concluded between Autopartdeal.com and the customer.
Payments mode: Autopartdeal.com provides its customers with several secure payment methods. The preparation of the order is only triggered once payment has been validated. Secure payments: In order to limit the risk of fraud, Autopartdeal.com may be required to carry out checks relating to the validity of payments made. In this case, an email is sent to the customer listing the supporting documents to be sent in order to allow final validation of the order. At the end of this possible check or in the absence of a response within 48 hours, Autopartdeal.com reserves the right to accept or reject the order. In case of online card payment, the customer is required to provide the type and number of his payment card, the expiration date, the cryptogram as well as the 3D-SECURE code (provided by his bank) if necessary. These data are intended to allow payment and are not kept by Autopartdeal.com
The prices of the products displayed on the Autopartdeal.com site are expressed in USD, LBP, UAD or Euros but the Cart prices are always in USD, all taxes included (TTC) and excluding the cost of preparation, shipping, warranty, ancillary services. The prices remain in force as long as they are displayed on the site. Autopartdeal.com reserves the right to modify parts prices at any time. The prices invoiced are those displayed on the site at the time of validation of the order. A contribution to the preparation and shipping costs is requested from the customer, the amount of which varies depending on the delivery method selected. The amount of the contribution to the shipping costs is indicated on the summary preceding the validation of the order. Shipping costs do not include any customs clearance or custom taxes related charges
The Lebanese VAT rate in force on the date of registration of the order applies to all invoices issued inside Lebanon In the event that a product sold by the Autopartdeal.com site would subsequently be exported at the initiative of a customer then the customer will be considered as an exporter and will take responsibility for any formalities of export and customs fees
Autopartdeal.com is committed to honoring orders within the limits of stocks communicated by its suppliers. In the event of proven non-availability of an ordered product, Autopartdeal.com will look for a product that meets the same technical characteristics, as well as of similar quality and price. If Autopartdeal.com finds a product that meets these criteria, it will send it to the customer, so that the customer is not penalized if they want to be able to quickly repair or maintain their vehicle. If the price difference is in favor of the customer, Autopartdeal.com will bear the price difference. If the price difference is in favor of Autopartdeal.com, the price difference will be returned to the customer. The customer retains full discretion to refuse the replacement product even once it has been delivered by exercising his legal right of withdrawal or his right of return. In this case, Autopartdeal.com bears the return costs. If no product meeting the above criteria is found or if the customer has refused equivalence before shipment, Autopartdeal.com will offer the customer a refund or credit. The unavailable item will be refunded to the customer within fourteen (14) days. In the event of unavailability of the Products ordered, Autopartdeal.com cannot be held responsible, towards a customer or a third party, for any indirect damage or any loss of profit or turnover.
a. Place of delivery
The delivery does not include the installation or the commissioning of the ordered Product, nor the return of old equipment. The products ordered are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is accurate, complete and accessible.Autopartdeal.com declines all responsibility in the event of a delivery problem attributable to an address error made by the customer
b. Delivery mode
The customer can choose between different delivery and carrier methods when ordering. However, he is informed that depending on the products selected, some carriers could not be available. Any risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when the latter or a third party designated by him, and other than the carrier proposed by the professional, takes physical possession of these goods. Since Autopartdeal.com can deliver from more than one location (Lebanon, UAE and Europe) then the customer should always choose the carrier correspondent to the country’s warehouse from where the goods will be physically shipped
c. Delivery time
The indicative delivery time of an order consists of: the time taken to prepare the order which is indicated as the “Timeframes” on the site and the delivery time of the package The deadlines are expressed in working days and excluding public holidays. The delivery time for packages is expressed in working days, excluding public holidays and begins to run after the products leave our warehouses and depend on the carrier chosen by the customer. d. Delivery delays
In order to follow the progress of the delivery of his order, the customer receives an email when the Product is shipped. In the event of a problem (delay, loss of follow-up, etc.), the customer is invited to contact customer service in order to identify the problem encountered, to propose a replacement solution to the customer or, if necessary to open an investigation with the carrier. To this end, the communication of the complaint documents may be requested from the customer in order to complete the complaint file (protest letter for example); these documents must be communicated without delay and at the latest 72 hours following the complaint. Otherwise, the carrier is likely to close the file. At the end of the investigation, if the loss of the order is proven, the order will be reshipped, or a credit note, or its reimbursement within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days. In the event of a significant delay in the preparation and sending of his order, the customer has the possibility of canceling it by sending an email. Upon receipt of this information, the contract will be canceled unless the order has already been shipped. Subject to this reservation, Autopartdeal.com then undertakes to reimburse the customer for all sums paid for this order, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the Company was informed of the cancellation of the contract
e. Checking and opening the package
If the customer cannot be present on the day of delivery, he designates an authorized person who will receive the delivery and assume all responsibilities incumbent on the customer. Whatever the method of delivery of the package, the customer is required to check the condition of the packaging as well as the contents of the package (damage, missing part, damaged package, broken part). In case of any reservation, the customer is invited to address his reservations to the carrier by registered mail, at the latest within three (3) working days following receipt of the package. The customer will simultaneously inform the customer service of Autopartdeal.com to specify the problem encountered and send him the supporting documents (photos of the package, photos of the order, receipt) necessary for the treatment of the dispute. The words “subject to” or “subject to unpacking, testing etc. ... ”on the delivery slip has no legal value and cannot be used as evidence against the carrier for any subsequent claim. After this period of 3 working days, the delivery will be deemed complete and the products delivered will be deemed to be free from any apparent defect. As a result, Autopartdeal.com will no longer accept any complaint due to damage, missing product, damaged package, parts broken upon receipt. For malfunctions that cannot be detected during delivery and which appear in use, the customer retains the benefit of the guarantee of conformity and hidden defects. Please note that it is advisable to open the package as delicately as possible in order to be able to reuse it in the event of a return. Likewise, it is advisable to take all precautions so as not to damage the packaging of the part when opening and to keep it for 30 days in the event of a need to make a return. Before any assembly, the parts received must be visually compared with the part to be replaced. Any return of part showing traces of assembly will be refused.
8. Product return
Please note, in order for the return to be accepted, the customer is invited to return the complete products in their original packaging and condition, without any trace of assembly or wear The deadline period for return is two (2) working days. Thus the customer has a period of two (2) working days to return the product from the receipt time. He informs Autopartdeal.com of his decision to return the product by e-mail. The customer will then receive a return confirmation email including his return document. The customer must return the products within a maximum period of four (4) working days from the communication of his decision. Subject to the product being returned within this period and in a condition suitable for resale, Autopartdeal.com will reimburse within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Otherwise, Autopartdeal.com reserves the right to refuse the return and send the part back to the customer.
9. Special cases not eligible for the right of return
a. Automotive lamps
b. Oils and other liquids
c. Products with a seal cannot be returned once unsealed
d. Discounted items
10. Return fees
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Autopartdeal.com supports the return costs if the return request is linked to an error from Autopartdeal.com (package preparation error, order reversal) In this case, Customer Service triggers an order to collect the part from one of its carriers. The customer will then be notified by email, the Carrier generally intervening within 48 working hours after the request. Beyond one year, any Product whose return has been refused by Autopartdeal.com and not claimed by the customer automatically becomes the property of Autopartdeal.com which will be free to proceed with its destruction or its resale
The Product must imperatively be returned to Autopartdeal.com in a condition suitable for resale, that is to say:
a. In new and intact condition
b. Inside its original packaging which must be intact: manufacturer's box not taped, undamaged
c. With all the accessories that were attached
d. With its instructions
e. In perfect working order
f. No traces of assembly and use
The risks associated with the return of the product falling to the customer, be careful to properly place the parts in the package to avoid any deterioration during transport and to keep the proof of deposit of the return package
Refund is made according to the method of payment used for the initial order or, failing that, by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of the returned parts or acceptance of the guarantee by the supplier. A RIB will be requested from the customer so that his refund can be processed by the accounting department
The refunded price corresponds to the price actually paid by the customer for the returned items. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless he is making a return following an error from Autopartdeal.com In the event of an error in parts (whatever the origin of the error), Autopartdeal.com cannot be held liable, towards a customer or a third party, for any indirect damage, any operating loss, of profit or turnover that has arisen in any way, even if such damage, loss or damage was foreseeable by Autopartdeal.com, or if its eventuality had been brought to its attention. In any case, the customer is reminded that it is their responsibility to visually verify that the part received corresponds to the part to be replaced before any assembly
12. Non-accepted refunds
Autopartdeal.com reserves the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:
a. Product returned in a condition no longer suitable for marketing
b. Return made out of time
c. Missing packaging, instructions or accessories
d. Product returned with trace of assembly, damaged or unsealed
e. Returned deposit burned, oxidized, broken or incomplete
f. Guarantee refused
In case of refusal of support, the customer will have the possibility of recovering his article by contacting our customer service within 2 months, from the date on which he was informed of this refusal; the return postage will be borne by the customer and payable in advance by credit card. After this period, any product whose return under warranty has been refused by Autopartdeal.com and not claimed by the customer automatically becomes the property of Autopartdeal.com which will be free to proceed with its destruction.
The products sold by Autopartdeal.com must be assembled and used by a competent person and under his sole responsibility and Autopartdeal.com can in no way be held responsible for the consequences of improper dismantling and assembly, of the use of an unsuitable product on a vehicle and direct or indirect damage caused to a thing or a person
a. All products marketed by AutoParts.com benefit from:
The manufacturer's warranty (when applicable), the duration of which differs depending on the product and / or the manufacturer.
The processing time is eight weeks on average. No exchange or credit will be issued during the valuation of the part
b. Autopartdeal.com reminds you that warranties do not cover:
i. Abnormal use of the product
ii. Defects and their consequences related to use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended
iii. Faults and their consequences linked to any external cause
iv. The costs of removing and installing parts sold by Autopartdeal.com. They remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser, including in the event of a defect in the part purchased or in the event of an error in the choice of parts when ordering
v. Damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions
vi. Damage caused to the device by fire or explosion, insofar as it originates in property other than the device itself
vii. Damages involving the liability of a third party or resulting from willful or willful misconduct
viii. Damage originating from malicious acts or a cause external to the device: shock, fall, theft, lightning, fire, water damage, overvoltage, misuse, handling error, climatic variation, humidity causing corrosion or abnormal heat or all risks covered by comprehensive home insurance
ix. Devices, whose serial number has been made illegible, altered or removed

c. Benefiting from the warranty
To benefit from the warranty of a product, it is imperative to provide us with the purchase invoice and to make a return request. In the event of the manufacturer's refusal, certain costs will remain the responsibility of the customer (shipping and return costs, administration costs, expertise costs if applicable) if the latter wishes to recover the part for which the guarantee has been refused. These fees will be payable in advance by credit card. Beyond 45 days, any product not claimed by the customer will automatically become the property of Autopartdeal.com. Once the expertise has been carried out and the warranty has been accepted Autopartdeal.com will exchange or credit the part with a validity of six months. If the product is unavailable or unable to have it repaired, Autopartdeal.com will reimburse the product.
Autopartdeal.com cannot be held responsible, towards a customer or a third party, for any indirect damage, any operating loss, profit or turnover that has arisen in any way whatsoever.
14. Force majeure
Autopartdeal.com undertakes to mobilize all the means at its disposal to perform all the services provided for in this Contract. However, Autopartdeal.com cannot be held responsible if the non-performance or delay in the performance of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure or a fortuitous event. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event, this list not being exhaustive:
• Civil or foreign war declared or not
• General mobilization
• The requisition of men and equipment
• The authorities
• Any act of sabotage or terrorism committed within the framework of concerted actions
• Social conflicts such as: strikes, riots, popular movements, lockouts, etc
• Natural cataclysms
• The effects of radioactivity
• Health crises
These various incidents would have the consequences of suspending the obligations of Autopartdeal.com without there being any grounds for any damages.
15. Applicable law and dispute resolution
This agreement is subject to the United Arab Emirates law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact our customer service in order to seek an amicable solution. In the event of litigation, the United Arab Emirates courts will have sole jurisdiction. The responsibility of Autopartdeal.com under the terms of the General Conditions of Sale cannot exceed an amount equal to the sums paid or payable during the transaction at the origin of the said responsibility, whatever the cause or the form of the action concerned
16. Data protection policy
Autopartdeal.com is particularly attached to respecting individual freedoms and protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers. Autopartdeal.com respects the processing of its users' personal data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Personal Data refers to information relating to natural persons, identified or identifiable, directly or indirectly (hereinafter “Personal Data”). Autopartdeal.com reserves the right to modify its Personal Data protection policy at any time, and will publish the modified version on its Site.
The information requested from the consumer is necessary for the processing of his order and may be communicated to the contractual partners of the company Autopartdeal.com involved in the execution of this order. The consumer can write to the company whose contact details are in the legal notices appearing within the framework of the website, to oppose such communication, or to exercise their rights of access, with regard to the information concerning him and appearing in the files of the company.
17. Intellectual Property Protection
Autopartdeal.com prohibits the downloading or consultation of all or a quantitatively substantial part of its databases by use of robots or any other automatic extraction process
