The products ordered are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

Please note that the search results on the website display prices excluding delivery to your location and customs clearance 

Autopartdeal.com has different warehouses and delivery methods; there are 3 different Warehouses and each warehouse has its own delivery method. Our 3 different warehouses can be seen in the Search results and the correspondent delivery method should be chosen accordingly in the Order execution when making the order in order to receive the exact shipping freights:

1. “Dubai Export” Warehouse

Delivery method should be “DHL Dubai” in order to get the correct shipping freight

2. “Lebanon Export" Warehouse:

Delivery method should be “DHL Lebanon” or “Federal Express Lebanon” in order to get the correct shipping freights. Customer can check both options to see which courier provides the cheapest freight for this specific product

3. “Lebanon Local Market” Warehouse

For International customers those products can be chosen and the Delivery method can be similar to “Lebanon Export”

For Lebanon customers the Delivery method should not be chosen because all those products can be delivered inside Lebanon without custom clearance at the following fixed rates:

• Up to 5kgs: 10,000LL
• Up to 20kgs: 25,000LL
• More than 20kgs to be discussed

In all cases, if there is something missing with the information then our team members will contact you and provide you with the exact shipping freights

To our UAE customers: since our UAE warehouse is in the free trade zone then all the products coming from this particular warehouse can not be sold inside the UAE. We will propose specific solutions to your needs based on alternatives provided from our Lebanese warehouses

To our Lebanese customers: since part of our Lebanese warehouses is in the free trade zone then all the products coming from this particular warehouse can not be sold inside Lebanon. We will propose specific solutions to your needs based on alternatives provided from our UAE or European warehouses
